Warehouse Supervisor – **FMCG / Quick Commerce** **Location:** Bhiwandi Warehouse, Mumbai **Experience:** 3–4 Years **Qualification:** Graduate, preferably Commerce **Industry:** FMCG / Quick Commerce / Retail / E-commerce **Employment Type:** Full-Time **Job Summary** We are looking for an experienced **Warehouse Supervisor** to manage inventory, order processing, dispatch planning, MIS reporting, and day-to-day warehouse operations. Candidates with **Quick Commerce Operations experience** will be preferred. **Key Responsibilities** - Monitor and manage inventory levels and ensure stock availability. - Conduct regular stock reconciliation and variance analysis. - Manage end-to-end **order processing, fulfillment, and dispatch coordination**. - Prepare and monitor daily/weekly dispatch plans. - Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, procurement, and transporters for timely operations. - Track **TAT, SLA, dispatch accuracy, and order fulfillment**. - Prepare daily/weekly **MIS reports** for inventory, orders, stock movement, and dispatch performance. - Analyze large volumes of operational data and identify slow-moving, fast-moving, and non-moving inventory. - Use **MS Excel** for reporting and analysis, including **Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and Dashboards**. - Ensure compliance with SOPs, documentation, and audit requirements. - Identify operational gaps and support process improvement initiatives. **Required Skills** - Strong knowledge of **Warehouse & Inventory Management** - Good understanding of **Dispatch & Logistics Operations** - **Advanced MS Excel** - Ability to handle **large volumes of data** - Strong analytical and numerical skills - Working knowledge of **ERP/WMS** - Good communication and coordination skills - Quick learner with a problem-solving approach - Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities **Candidate Requirements** - Graduate, preferably in **Commerce** - **3–4 years of relevant experience** - Experience in **FMCG / Quick Commerce / Retail / E-commerce** preferred - **Quick Commerce Operations experience is highly preferred** Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month Application Question(s): - Do you have 3+ years of experience in warehouse/inventory/dispatch operations? - Have you worked in Quick Commerce, FMCG, Retail, or E-commerce operations? - Are you comfortable working with Advanced Excel and handling large volumes of data?
