**Job description -** We are looking for a responsible and proactive Warehouse Supervisor to manage and supervise day-to-day warehouse operations. The candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end loading and unloading activities, stock arrangement, inventory management, and maintaining proper documentation/checklists for warehouse operations. **Key Responsibilities:** - Supervise end-to-end loading and unloading operations. - Ensure proper counting and verification of stocks during inward and outward movements. - Arrange and maintain stocks systematically within the warehouse. - Handle inventory management and maintain accurate stock records. - Prepare and maintain proper checklists related to inventory, dispatches, and stock movement. - Coordinate with transport, dispatch, and operations teams for smooth workflow. - Monitor warehouse discipline, cleanliness, and safety standards. - Identify stock discrepancies and report the same to management. - Ensure timely updating of inventory and warehouse records. **Required Skills & Qualifications:** - Experience in warehouse operations, inventory handling, or stock management. - Basic knowledge of inventory processes and stock verification. - Ability to supervise manpower and warehouse activities effectively. - Decent communication skills in English. - Hindi understanding is preferred; basic speaking ability is also acceptable. - Good organizational and coordination skills. - Basic computer knowledge for maintaining records and checklists.
