As wavespace grows, we are looking for top talent to help bring our experiences to life and guide clients through the challenges of innovating - Facilitation - Experience design & designthinking capability - design thinking and humancentered design methodologies - Ability to translate business challenges into structured agendas, activities, and frameworks - designing immersive experiences for both inperson and virtual sessions - Strong endtoend ownership of sessions (planning, preparation, delivery, followups) - Digital collaboration & tools - Handson experience with Miro / Mural / Lucid / Slido and other digital collaboration tools **To qualify you must have** - Experience and confidence with facilitation - Exposure to design thinking methodology - Proven ability to successfully deliver impactful innovation sessions - Creative problem-solvingskills - Ability to navigate challenging situations in real-time - Consulting experience - 8+ years of experience in conducting design thinking workshops & facilitating **Ideally, you’ll also have** - Degree in Design Thinking - Specific industry or sector experience - Business development experience
