**Company Name : Dr Lal Path Labs Ltd** **Job Profile : Field Executive (6 months)** **Role & responsibilities** **:** 1. Execute BTL activities with franchise partners under the guidance of our regular field team. 2. Generate franchise leads through various activation activities such as flyer distribution, canopy setups, and local outreach programs. 3. Organize franchise meetings and invite prospective franchise leads to location-based meetings (hotel/restaurant) coordinated by our team. 4. Take complete ownership of the 6-month activity calendar prepared for each location, coordinate with the respective teams, and ensure all planned activities are executed on time through regular follow-ups. **Area of Operation:** - 60% of the work will be within the assigned city. - 40% of the work will be in the surrounding territory, covering up to a 100 km radius from the city. **Preferred candidate profile** - **Experience : 0-2 years** - **Qualification : Any Intermediate or Graduate can apply** **Working Locations : Berhampore & Hubli** **Note : Two wheeler is Mandatory with valid Driving license** **This contract may exceed to 1 year depending upon business requirement.**
