We are Hiring for Dy .Manager/Manager -Procurement Analyze Key Responsibilities: - Analyze purchasing data to identify cost-saving opportunities and procurement trends. - Prepare and maintain reports on purchasing metrics, spending forecasts, and budget variances. - Assist in negotiating supplier contracts and terms to ensure favourable company outcomes. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (finance, PPIC) to forecast material and service needs. - Monitor inventory levels and recommend optimal reorder points to avoid stockouts or overstocking. - Identify and mitigate risks related to supply chain disruptions or price fluctuations. - Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and ethical sourcing practices. - Support procurement process improvements through data analytics and automation tools. - Prepare periodic performance reviews and market trend analyses for management reporting. Key Competencies: - Analytical thinking and problem-solving - Financial and cost analysis - Market research and supplier evaluation - Collaboration and communication - Proficiency in Excel, SAP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
