Job description

Designation- Lab Coordinator Location- Dibrugarh, Assam Roles & Responsibilities: • To manage all operations of the laboratories • To ensure delivering the customer delight experience at the lab. • Implement quality control measures to maintain the accuracy and reliability of laboratory results. Conduct regular audits and proficiency testing, and address any issues or discrepancies. • Coordination for general repair and maintenance of present Infrastructure including monitoring day-to-day upkeep of lab • Lab Audits & Biometrics / CCTV / Phone lines / Mystery calls / Registration Monitoring /Data Extraction and evaluation of Profit / Loss of Labs • Accountable for improving customer experience and customer retention in labs by developing and mentoring the lab staff experience. Preferred candidate profile: • Qualification: DMLT, BMLT & Bvoc MLT • Experience: 2+ Years
