**Website Experience Engineer (WordPress& Webflow)** We're looking for someone who can bridge the gap between marketing, design, and engineering. This isn't just a website developer role. You'll own the performance, experience, and continuous evolution of our websites, ensuring they are fast, conversion-focused, scalable, and AI-ready. You should be equally comfortable building a landing page in Webflow, debugging a WordPress plugin, optimizing Core Web Vitals, integrating APIs, and using AI-assisted ("vibe coding") workflows to ship faster. **What You'll Own** **Website Development** ● Build and maintain company websites on WordPress and Webflow. ● Develop new website sections, microsites, and campaign pages. ● Create reusable page templates and components. ● Ensure responsive design across desktop, tablet, and mobile. ● Implement new features while maintaining clean, scalable code. **Landing Page Development** ● Build high-converting landing pages for marketing campaigns. ● Work closely with Product Marketing and Demand Generation teams to rapidly launch campaigns. ● Optimize pages for lead generation and conversion. ● Set up A/B testing where required. **Website Performance & Technical SEO** ● Improve Core Web Vitals. ● Optimize page speed, image delivery, caching, lazy loading, and asset loading. ● Maintain technical SEO best practices. ● Implement structured schema markup. ● Monitor crawl health, indexing, redirects, broken links, and site architecture. **Interactive Experiences** **Build tools that improve engagement such as:** ● ROI calculators ● Pricing calculators ● Assessment tools ● Interactive product demos ● Comparison pages ● Forms and workflows ● AI-powered website experiences **Website Operations** ● Monitor uptime and reliability. ● Manage deployments. ● Maintain staging and production environments. ● Handle backups and disaster recovery. ● Ensure security best practices are followed. **Skills Required** **CMS** ● WordPress ● Webflow Frontend ● HTML5 ● CSS3 ● JavaScript (ES6+) ● Responsive Design ● Tailwind CSS (preferred) **Backend** ● PHP (WordPress) ● Python ● REST APIs ● GraphQL (good to have) **DevOps & Infrastructure** ● Git ● GitHub ● Jenkins ● CI/CD pipelines ● Docker (preferred) ● Linux basics **CDN & Performance** ● Cloudflare ● CloudFront (good to have) ● CDN configuration ● DNS management ● SSL management ● Caching strategies ● Image optimization **Technical SEO** ● Schema.org ● Robots.txt ● XML Sitemaps ● Canonicals ● Redirect management ● Google Search Console ● Core Web Vitals ● Lighthouse optimization **Analytics** ● Google Analytics 4 ● Google Tag Manager ● Microsoft Clarity ● HubSpot Tracking ● Event tracking **AI & Automation** ● ChatGPT ● Claude ● Gemini ● Cursor / Windsurf / GitHub Copilot ● AI-assisted development workflows ● Prompt engineering ● Basic MCP/tool integrations (good to have) **Integrations** ● HubSpot ● Zapier / Make ● CRM integrations ● Forms ● APIs ● Webhooks **What We're Looking For** **Marketing Mindset** You can understand a marketer's objective and translate it into a fast, beautiful, and conversion-optimized digital experience without requiring detailed technical specifications. **Design Sense** **You have a strong eye for:** ● Micro-interactions ● User experience ● Visual hierarchy You don't just build pages that work.
