Inspection of Sheet metal Parts (Press & Weld Both) Experience of BIW production process Active Participation in BIW Proto Trials for Accuracy Maturation, Defects Analysis & counter measure implementation. Closure Accuracy Maturation, Press & Roller Hemming accuracy maturation. **Technical/ Functional:** Knowledge about New Model Quality Maturation Plan & BIW Weld Process. Knowledge about FARO/Portable Scanning, CMM Inspection, ATOS Scanning and various Alignment methods used for inspection. Knowledge about Closure Quality Maturation process. Knowledge about assembly related issues reported for closures & White Body. Knowledge about Jig Planning Sheet & Basic concepts like Datum Pin, Datum Mylar etc. **Quality Maturation Plan/Process Means :** 1. Activities done at various stage of Devlopment like Production Proto, Mass Production Proto 2.
