**Job Title:** AM/DM Weld Simulation & Design **Location:** Gurgaon / Manesar / Kharkhoda **Hiring Level:** AM/DM **Education:** Diploma / B.Tech **Experience:** Diploma: 9 – 13 **B.Tech:** 2.6 - 6 **Job Role:** BIW Processes Robotic Simulation Process planning as per Cycle Time & Cycle time optimization Robot & Gun Selection **Job Responsibilities:** **BIW Robot Simulation:** Simulation Cell Building, Reachability, feasibility,Cycle time Validation & Optimisation, Layout Study & Optimisation, Path Planning, Off line programming- Generate Downloads, Panel Orientation study for Material handling Robots. BIW Tool validation, Weld Distribution, Gun Selection, Robot Selection, Gun Sectioning Validation of Processes in Workcells/ Stations, Quality Checks as per standards, Reviews with Makers & Customers Model/Product DMU Study- Weld Spot specific PLC Logic validation through Virtual Commissioining Documentations- Process Standarization, Checksheet Updation etc. **Tool Skills:** Robcad Tecnomatix- Process Designer Process Simulate Motosim UG-NX AutoCAD Teamcenter exposure. Human Simulation will be an added advantage. **Technical/ Functional:** Hands on Experience on Off Line Programming- Fanuc, Kawasaki & Yaskawa Robots for all BIW Robotic operations- Spot Weld, Mig Weld, Handling, Sealer, Roller Hemming etc. Hands on Experience on Process Simulate Virtual Commissioining with Mitsubishi PLC or any other PLC Knowledge of BIW process & process Planning, Gun study, layout optimization, spot planning, Cycle time Study, feasibility Study Knowledge of Simulation Standard of Auto OEMs Robot Teaching- Fanuc, Kawasaki & Yaskawa **Behavioral:** Target oriented, Good Analytical Skills, Excellent interpersonal, communication & presentation skills, Team player with Networking skills etc. Have an inclination to go into details of each task at hand, have exposure to 5 why, 3G, 3K analysis.
