**Key Responsibilities & Requirements** - Hands-on **5-8 years of Windchill customization experience** - Experience in: - Windchill **Data Utilities** - **Form Validators** - **Soft Typing (Type & Attribute Manager)** - **Loader mechanism** - **ACLs** - **Workflow & LifeCycle configuration** with customization - Strong understanding of **Windchill JavaDoc, APIs, and supported methods** - Expertise in **Core Java** with focus on: - Performance optimization - Scalability & reliability - Collections (Linked List, Arrays, etc.) - Experience with **JDBC connections** and writing query specs - Knowledge of **OData layer** and building interfaces using **Windchill REST APIs** - Experience in handling **database transactional aspects** (MS SQL / Oracle) - Knowledge of **Windchill environment setup, installation & maintenance** - Exposure to **cluster-based deployments (advanced configuration)**  preferred - Working knowledge of **Windows & Linux environments** - Experience working in **Scrum/Agile methodology** - Familiarity with **DevOps tools GIT, JIRA (mandatory)** - Experience in working with **PTC Technical Support** - Good **communication skills (verbal & written)** **Must Have Skills** - Windchill Customization - Windchill Data Utilities & Form Validators - Soft Typing & Loader Mechanism - ACLs, Workflow & Lifecycle Configuration - JDBC & API Development - MS SQL or Oracle - DevOps tools (GIT, JIRA)
