**Role : Windchill Tech Lead** **Experience : 8+** **Location –** **India** **Job Description** **Solution Design & Implementation** **•** Interact with business analysts and stakeholders to clarify and understand requirements. **•** Translate requirements into technical designs, configuration specifications, and implementation plans. **•** Lead Windchill configuration and customization to meet functional and technical requirements. **•** Support PLM implementation, upgrade, and migration activities across the delivery lifecycle. **Windchill Development & Configuration** **•** Configure and customize Windchill PDMLink components, workflows, lifecycle states, roles, and access controls. **•** Develop and review Windchill extensions and integrations in line with solution standards. **•** Support data migration, validation, deployment, and post-implementation stabilization. **•** Apply structured methodologies to define, implement, and maintain end-to-end package-based solutions. **Technical Leadership** **•** Guide the development team on technical design, coding standards, troubleshooting, and delivery practices. **•** Conduct design and code reviews and ensure quality across technical deliverables. **•** Coordinate with cross-functional teams for application and technology integrations. **•** Communicate solution decisions, dependencies, risks, and progress to client and internal stakeholders. **Delivery & Support** **•** Contribute to project planning, requirement analysis, process mapping, estimation, testing, and release activities. **•** Troubleshoot defects and production issues and drive root-cause analysis and corrective actions. **•** Prepare technical design, configuration, migration, and deployment documentation.
