**Role : Windchill Tech Lead** **Experience : 8+** **Location:-** **India** **Job Description** **Solution Design & Implementation** - Interact with business analysts and stakeholders to clarify and understand requirements. - Translate requirements into technical designs, configuration specifications, and implementation plans. - Lead Windchill configuration and customization to meet functional and technical requirements. - Support PLM implementation, upgrade, and migration activities across the delivery lifecycle. **Windchill Development & Configuration** - Configure and customize Windchill PDMLink components, workflows, lifecycle states, roles, and access controls. - Develop and review Windchill extensions and integrations in line with solution standards. - Support data migration, validation, deployment, and post-implementation stabilization. - Apply structured methodologies to define, implement, and maintain end-to-end package-based solutions. **Technical Leadership** - Guide the development team on technical design, coding standards, troubleshooting, and delivery practices. - Conduct design and code reviews and ensure quality across technical deliverables. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams for application and technology integrations. - Communicate solution decisions, dependencies, risks, and progress to client and internal stakeholders. **Delivery & Support** - Contribute to project planning, requirement analysis, process mapping, estimation, testing, and release activities. - Troubleshoot defects and production issues and drive root-cause analysis and corrective actions. - Prepare technical design, configuration, migration, and deployment documentation.
