**Job Title - Windchill Test Management** **Experience -** 6-12 Years **Location -** Hybrid **Role Summary** We are seeking an experienced **Test Management Lead with strong Windchill PLM expertise** to lead the Testing and Quality Assurance workstream for a global Windchill PLM Transformation Program. The role will be responsible for defining the Test Strategy, establishing Test Governance, driving business validation, and ensuring quality across Windchill implementations, integrations, data migration, and business process transformation initiatives. The individual will work closely with Program Leadership, Business Stakeholders, Architects, Development Teams, and Business SMEs to establish a scalable testing framework and release readiness model. **Key Responsibilities** - Define and govern the overall **Windchill Test Strategy** and Test Roadmap. - Establish Test Governance, Quality Gates, and Release Readiness Framework. - Lead planning and coordination of Functional, Integration, Migration, Regression, and UAT activities. - Drive validation of Windchill business processes including: - Part Management - Document Management - Change Management (ECR/ECO) - BOM Management - Workflow Management - CAD Integrations - Coordinate testing activities across multiple business divisions and stakeholders. - Establish test metrics, reporting, and quality dashboards. - Manage testing risks, dependencies, and escalations. - Provide quality assessments and Go/No-Go recommendations to program leadership. **Required Skills** - 6+ years of experience in Test Management and Quality Assurance. - Strong experience in **Windchill PLM implementations, upgrades, or transformation programs** . - Good understanding of: - Windchill Product Data Management (PDM) - Change Management - BOM Management - CAD Data Management - Product Lifecycle Management Processes - Experience in: - Integration Testing - Data Migration Validation - User Acceptance Testing - Release Management - Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. - Experience with Azure DevOps, JIRA, or similar ALM tools. **Preferred Skills** - Automotive or Manufacturing domain experience. - Experience with SAP and Windchill integrations. - Experience working in global transformation or consulting engagements. **Key Deliverables** - Windchill Test Strategy - Test Governance Framework - Test Roadmap - Quality Metrics Dashboard - UAT & Business Validation Framework - Release Readiness Assessments - Executive Status Reporting
