- Deep expertise in **Windows OS architecture**, registry, GPOs, and troubleshooting techniques. - Strong experience with **Intune, MECM/SCCM, Autopilot**, and endpoint compliance. - Proficiency in **PowerShell scripting**, automation, and configuration-as-code approaches. - Experience in **desktop imaging**, driver management, application lifecycle management. - Knowledge of **Azure AD, Conditional Access, MFA, Zero Trust principles**. - Familiarity with **AVD, Windows 365 Cloud PC**, and virtualization technologies. - Strong documentation, solution design, and cross-functional leadership skills. - Ability to handle escalations and act as a technical SME for EUC architecture. **Preferred candidate profile**
