Applications **Service Line** Cloud Infrastructure Services **Responsibilities** - Provide L1/L2 support for Windows Server environments. - Manage Active Directory: user creation, group policy updates, access management. - Perform routine VMware administration (VM provisioning, snapshots, monitoring). - Handle incident and service requests as per SLA. - Monitor system health and perform basic troubleshooting. - Manage patching, updates, and antivirus compliance. - Support backup and restore activities. - Maintain documentation and follow ITIL processes (incident/request/change). **Technical and Professional Requirements:** - Basic knowledge of Windows Server administration. - Hands-on experience with Active Directory (Users, Groups, GPO). - Exposure to VMware (vSphere, ESXi, vCenter). - Understanding of networking basics (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP). - Familiarity with ticketing tools (ServiceNow/Remedy). **Preferred Skills:** - Technology->EUC-AppVirtualization->Vmware ThinApp - Technology->Server-OperatingSystemAdministration->Windows Server Admin - Technology->Server-Virtualization->Vmware-ESX->Vmware - Technology->Server-Virtualization->Vmware-vCloud->Vmware - Technology->Server-Virtualization->Vmware-vSphere - Technology->Universal Windows Platform->Universal Windows Platform
