Service Line Cloud Infrastructure Services Educational Requirements - Bachelor of Engineering - Bachelor Of Comp. Applications - Bachelor Of Technology - Master Of Technology - Master Of Business Administration - Master Of Comp. Applications Responsibilities - Provide L1/L2 support for Windows Server environments (2012/2016/2019/2022). - Manage Active Directory: user creation, group policy updates, access management. - Perform routine VMware administration (VM provisioning, snapshots, monitoring). - Handle incident and service requests as per SLA. - Monitor system health and perform basic troubleshooting. - Manage patching, updates, and antivirus compliance. - Support backup and restore activities. - Maintain documentation and follow ITIL processes (incident/request/change). Technical and Professional Requirements - Basic knowledge of Windows Server administration. - Hands-on experience with Active Directory (Users, Groups, GPO). - Exposure to VMware (vSphere, ESXi, vCenter). - Understanding of networking basics (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP). - Familiarity with ticketing tools (ServiceNow/Remedy).
