We are a global leader in the technology arena and there's nothing that can stop us from growing together.** **What we are looking for** **Role: Windows VMware** **Experience Range: 5 to 10 Years** **Location: Bengaluru** **Interview Date: 8th August 26 (09:00 AM to 12:00 PM)** **Interview Venue: Tata Consultancy Services, Think Campus, Phase II, Electronic City, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560100.** **Note-While coming for Walkin:-** · Please carry 2 or more copies of updated resume, 2 Passport size photo along with Govt ID proof(Xerox 2 copies) · Please do not bring personal laptop or electronic gadgets to TCS premises. **Must Have:** 1. *Minimum 5 mandate details are mandate with two or 3 liners Experience with deploying, configuring, and managing enterprise solutions in Microsoft Windows Server 2012, 2016 and 2019, 2022.* 2. *6+ years of working experience managing IT enterprise Physical & VMware Windows servers & services.* 3. *Highly skilled in Server Hardware including Rack & Blade. HP blades are plus.* 4. *Extensive rack/stack and cabling experience in medium size datacenter.* 5. *Strong working experience in designing and deploying enterprise Hyper-V virtualization technology.* 6. *Installation, Configuration and Management of Roles & Features in all Windows version.* 7. *Perform in-depth troubleshooting and resolution of servers that have failed the patch install* 8. *Experience in Windows server provisioning, deployment in medium to big IT infrastructure.* 9. *Security patch assessment for all versions of Windows.* 10. *Knowledge of Microsoft licensing models and planning.* 11. *Working experience of SCCM for patching and deployment.* 12. *Good experience in SCOM tool, Alert monitoring, configuration, automation with ticketing tool like ServiceNow.* 13. *In depth knowledge of Windows permissions, groups, inheritance etc.* 14. *Strong knowledge and configuration of hardware & software RAID level, Dynamic & basic disk.* 15. *Knowledge on DAS, SAN & NAS infrastructure with respect to Windows environment.* **Good to Have:** Minimum 2 mandate details are mandate with two or 3 liners 1. *Extensive hands-on experience with Windows Server administration (2016, 2019, 2022).* 2. *Proficiency with VMware vSphere, including vCenter and ESXi, as well as a solid understanding of virtualization concepts.* 3. *Working knowledge of HCI platforms such as Nutanix or VMware NSX, vSAN, running on Dell VxRail.* 4. *Familiarity with PowerShell scripting to automate administrative tasks.* 5. *Understanding of ITIL processes, including Incident, Change, and Problem Management.* 6. *Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills to resolve complex technical issue* **Essential:** Minimum 2 mandate details are mandate with two or 3 liners 1. *Extensive hands-on experience with Windows Server administration (2016, 2019, 2022).* 2. *Proficiency with VMware vSphere, including vCenter and ESXi, as well as a solid understanding of virtualization concepts.* 3. *Working knowledge of HCI platforms such as Nutanix or VMware NSX, vSAN, running on Dell VxRail.* 4. *Familiarity with PowerShell scripting to automate administrative tasks.* 5. *Understanding of ITIL processes, including Incident, Change, and Problem Management.* 6. *Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills to resolve complex technical issue* **Minimum Qualification:** - 15 years of full-time education - Minimum percentile of 50% in 10th, 12th, UG & PG (if applicable)
