**Role : Wintel Admin** **Location - Greater Noida** **Wintel/AD/VMware/Cloud Transformation Specialist Windows Server Transformation & Migration** - Assess existing Windows Server environments (2016/2019/2022/2025) and design upgrade or migration strategies. - Perform OS upgrades, server consolidation, and migration to new hardware/OS version or cloud platforms. - Implement hardening, patching, and baseline compliance as per organizational security standards. - Troubleshoot advanced Windows Server issues including performance, registry, networking, and clustering. - Deploy, configure, and manage VMware vSphere, ESXi hosts, vCenter Server, and associated components. - Design scalable and highly available VMware clusters with HA, DRS, vMotion, and resource management. - Manage virtual machines, templates, snapshots, and resource pools. - Deploy, configure, and manage VMware vSphere, ESXi hosts, vCenter Server, and associated components. - Design scalable and highly available VMware clusters with HA, DRS, vMotion, and resource management. - Manage virtual machines, templates, snapshots, and resource pools. - Design, deploy, and manage Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS) in multi-site, enterprise environments. - Maintain and configure AD Users, Groups, OUs, Sites & Services, FSMO roles, and trust relationships. - Manage DNS & DHCP related to domain infrastructure. - Develop migration runbooks, HLD, LLD, cutover plans, rollback strategies, and risk assessments. **Required Skills & Experience Technical Skills** - Strong expertise in Windows Server (20162022) - Extensive experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO, ADCS - Deep knowledge of VMware vSphere, vCenter, ESXi, vSAN, SRM - PowerShell scripting for automation - Experience with server hardware, SAN/NAS storage, and network fundamentals - Experience in cloud migrations (Azure/AWS) - Understanding of Zero Network/Zero Trust security models - Basic Knowledge of Linux OS is a plus
