Work consists of designing, developing, analyzing, troubleshooting and debugging systems, software and solutions for research and/or research development of product, services, and solutions for HPE’s portfolio. Requires a broad knowledge and application of engineering disciplines, methodologies and tools. Responsible for creating and communicating technical strategy within the organization and/or across the function. ***Management Level Definition:*** Contributes to assignments of limited scope by applying technical concepts and theoretical knowledge acquired through specialized training, education, or previous experience. Acts as team member by providing information, analysis and recommendations in support of team efforts. Exercises independent judgment within defined parameters. **What you’ll do:** ***Responsibilities:*** - Looking for 2 - 5+ years of experience in supporting Aruba Products and Customers - Provide pre and post sales Design and consulting services to Aruba-HPE teams, customers and partners for various technologies and solutions. - Provide Complete services lifecycle for the customers including Plan, Design, Implementation, Migration and Optimization - Plan: Creating customer requirement document and business outcome plan - Design: Creating high level and low-level design documents based on customer requirements - Implementation: Preparing the installation plan includes Network implementation plan and Network ready for use plan - Migration: Preparing migration including Method of Procedure and migration validation checks - Optimization: Working on continuous improvement of network operations, uptime and security conformance. - Ability to multitask and work independently when required, with little supervision or direction - Excellent oral and written communication skills, presentation and interpersonal skills, and the ability to interface to senior levels of the customer organization - Formulate action plans (technical and operational) for analysing and resolving reported issues. - Simulate customer designs in lab. - Participate in solution development and publications for knowledge base. - Work effectively in a team environment including Aruba and Customer colleagues; QA, engineers, and field organizations. - Required to travel to customer sites for consulting, training purposes, business reviews. - Provide Quarterly Customer Review meetings, providing technical status and recommendations **What you need to bring:** ****Required Qualifications:**** - Bachelor degree in Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering required. - Minimum of three (2) years’ experience in customer-facing consulting and design experience required. - Minimum of three (2) years’ experience with one or more of the following Aruba products; - IAPs/Controllers, Airwave, ClearPass, Central, Aruba switches - Knowledge of authentication protocols and servers required. - Understanding & experience in configuring & troubleshooting VoIP protocols like SIP, SVP, H323 etc. required. - Demonstrable experience identifying areas-of-opportunity for process improvement. - Demonstrable experience in customer network design and implementation. - **Preferred Qualifications:** - Technical and consulting experience supporting networking products and solutions with advanced expertise in network switching, routing and security highly desired. - Industry certifications like CCIE, CWNA, ACCP, ACMP, ACMX, ACDX and RHEL preferred. - Routing and switching protocols like BGP, OSPF, VXLAN, MSTP - Datacentre design experience preferred - Radius (authentication, Authorization, Attributes, CoA, Accounting, etc.) - SNMP based monitoring and AMON troubleshooting - Linux installations and troubleshooting skills - TACACS (Authentication, Authorization including per-command) - PKI (CA, Certs, Encryption, Trust, Client-side config) - Captive Portal (Redirects, Logins, Walled Garden) - Web Programming (PHP, HTML, JavaScript) - Cloud technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, Azure) - 802.1x (EAP-PEAP, EAP-TLS, Supplicant config, Server trust, wired/wireless differences) - Network Device AAA (Experience with AAA on different switches, WLAN controllers, VPN concentrators, integration with Radius solutions) - Policy Enforcement (ACLs, Firewalls, dACLs, web redirection, VLAN switching) - Windows Sysadmin (AD, DC, Domains
