The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in **Workday integrations, reporting, and technical development** , along with a solid understanding of **Workday HCM modules** . **Key Responsibilities:** Design, develop, and maintain **Workday integrations** using: - Workday Studio - Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) - Core Connectors (PICOF, PECI, etc.) 1. Build and manage **inbound and outbound integrations** 2. Develop **custom reports** , dashboards, and **calculated fields** 3. Work with **SOAP/REST APIs** and XML/XSLT transformations 4. Configure and support **Workday Business Process Framework (BPF)** 5. Perform **unit testing, integration testing, and UAT support** 6. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues 7. Ensure **data accuracy, security, and system performance** 8. Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT stakeholders **Required Skills:** 5+ years of IT experience with **3+ years in Workday development** Strong expertise in: - Workday Studio - EIB & Core Connectors - Workday HCM modules Experience with: - **Workday Reporting (Advanced, Matrix, Composite)** - Calculated fields Knowledge of: - XML, XSLT, JSON - SOAP / REST APIs Understanding of: - Workday security & business process framework **Soft Skills** - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and stakeholder management - Ability to work independently and in team environments Thanks & Regards, Ria Aarthi A.
