**Roles and Responsibilities** - Design, develop, test, and deploy Workday solutions using various tools such as BIRT, Core HCM, Customizations, Matrix, and Workday Integration. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions on time. - Troubleshoot issues related to Workday implementation and provide technical support to end-users. - Participate in Agile methodologies (Scrum) for project delivery and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in Human Capital Management (HCM). **Desired Candidate Profile** - 9-14 years of experience in Workday development with expertise in at least one area like BIRT, Core HCM, Customizations, Matrix or Workday Integration. - Bachelor's degree in Any Specialization (B.Tech / B.E.). - Strong understanding of Workday platform architecture and its applications in an organization. - Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
