**Roles and Responsibilities** - Design, develop, test, and deploy Workday integrations using various tools such as SOAP, REST, XML, JSON, OData, and ADF. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide solutions for complex business problems. - Develop functional specifications for new features or enhancements to existing functionality. - Troubleshoot issues related to Workday integration with other systems. - Participate in agile development methodologies (SDLC) to deliver high-quality products on time. **Desired Candidate Profile** - 4-9 years of experience in Workday Integration Development & Functionality. - Bachelor's degree in Any Specialization (B.Tech / B.E.). - Strong understanding of Workday Integration architecture and its components (e.g., adapters, connectors). - Proficiency in developing custom reports using Workday Reporting tools like Business Objects or similar technologies.
