Job description

**Roles and Responsibilities** - Design, develop, test, and deploy Workday solutions using various tools such as Workday Studio, BIRT, and Integration. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions on time. - Troubleshoot issues related to Workday implementation, configuration, and customization. - Provide technical guidance to junior team members on Workday best practices and standards. - Participate in project planning, estimation, and execution activities. **Desired Candidate Profile** - 4-9 years of experience in Workday development with expertise in Workday Core HCM/Payroll Expert (Human Capital Management) module. - Strong understanding of Workday HCM/Payroll Expert features including Absence management, Benefits administration, Compensation management, Time tracking & Labor forecasting etc. . - Proficiency in developing reports using Workday Reporting & Analytics (WRA). - Bachelor's degree in Any Specialization (B.Tech / B.E.).
