3–6 years of experience in Workday Financials (FI) Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles (GL, AP, AR) Hands-on experience in Workday configuration and business process frameworks Experience in Workday reporting and dashboards Knowledge of Workday security and functional setups Exposure to Workday integrations (EIB, Core Connectors, Studio – preferred) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Implement, configure, and support Workday Financial Management modules such as: General Ledger (GL) Accounts Payable (AP) Accounts Receivable (AR) Asset Management Expenses Partner with finance stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Workday solutions Configure business processes, reporting, and security related to financial modules Support Workday releases, testing cycles (SIT/UAT), and production deployments Design and build reports using Workday Reporting tools (Composite, Matrix, Advanced reports) Assist in integrations between Workday and external systems (inbound/outbound) Troubleshoot system issues and provide timely resolutions Ensure data integrity, compliance, and adherence to finance policies Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, IT, and external vendors Workday Financials certification(s) Experience in end-to-end Workday implementation projects Exposure to Agile/Waterfall methodologies Experience working in global finance environments
