🚨 **Hiring: Workday Functional Consultants (Multiple Openings)** 📍 **Location:** Chennai / Pune / Mumbai / Bangalore / Hyderabad / Noida 💼 **Experience:** 6+ Years (Minimum 3+ Years in Workday) Notice Period: Immediate to Max 45 days We are actively looking for **Workday Functional Consultants** with **strong hands-on configuration experience** across key modules: **Core HCM | Recruiting | Time Tracking | Absence | US Payroll** 🔹 **Module-Specific Expertise** ✅ **Core HCM** • Configuration of Supervisory Organizations, Job Profiles, Positions • Experience in Business Process Framework (BPF), Security Roles & Domains • Compensation and foundational HCM setup ✅ **Recruiting** • Configuration of Job Requisitions, Candidate Workflows, Interview Setup • Experience in recruiting processes and offer management ✅ **Time Tracking** • Configuration of Time Entry Codes, Time Calculations, Approval Workflows • Setup of validations, eligibility rules, and work schedules ✅ **Absence Management** • Configuration of Leave Plans, Accruals, Eligibility, and Balances • Experience in absence processes and reporting ✅ **US Payroll** • Configuration of Payroll Elements, Earnings, and Deductions • Experience in tax setup, payroll processing, validations, and audits • Knowledge of compliance and year-end payroll activities 💡 **Note:** Strong expertise in **any one module with configuration experience** is sufficient. 📩 **Interested candidates can share their profiles at:** 👉 **yuvabalac@hexaware.com**
