Job Description Workday HCM Technical, Integration & Testing Consultant **Skill:** Workday HCM Technical, Integration & Testing **Role:** Consultant **Experience:** 5+ Years **Location:** Pan India Job Summary TCS is seeking a skilled **Workday HCM Technical, Integration & Testing Consultant** with 5+ years of experience in Workday HCM, integrations, reporting, and testing. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and supporting Workday solutions while ensuring seamless integration with enterprise systems. Key Responsibilities - Develop and support Workday HCM integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, and Web Services. - Configure and maintain Workday HCM modules and business processes. - Design and develop reports, calculated fields, and dashboards. - Perform SIT, UAT, Regression Testing, and Integration Testing. - Work with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. - Troubleshoot and resolve Workday production issues. - Support Workday releases, deployments, and enhancements. - Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance standards. Required Skills - Strong experience in Workday HCM. - Hands-on expertise in: - Workday Studio - EIB - Core Connectors - PICOF - Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST) - Workday Reporting - Calculated Fields - Workday Security - Integration Testing - SIT/UAT - Data Migration - Production Support - Experience with Workday implementation and enhancement projects.
