JD Design, develop, and maintain Workday HCM integrations using: EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder) Core Connectors Workday Studio PECI/PICOF Document Transformation Develop and maintain Advanced, Matrix, and Composite Reports. Create and configure Calculated Fields, custom reports, and dashboards. Support Workday modules such as: Core HCM Compensation Benefits Absence Management Talent & Performance Recruiting Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions. Troubleshoot integration failures and production issues. Perform testing, migration, deployment, and release activities. Ensure adherence to Workday best practices and security standards. Prepare technical documentation and knowledge-transfer materials. Required Skills Strong experience in Workday HCM Technical. Expertise in: Workday Studio EIB Core Connectors Calculated Fields Custom Reporting XSLT/XML Knowledge of Web Services: SOAP REST APIs Understanding of Workday Security Framework. Experience with data conversion and mass uploads.
