**Job Title: Workday HCM Technical Consultant** **Experience:** 4–9 Years **Interview Mode:** Virtual **Interview Date:** 6th August **Job Summary** Looking for experienced **Workday HCM Technical Consultants** to develop, integrate, and support Workday solutions across enterprise HR systems. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Workday integrations, reporting, and technical configurations. **Key Responsibilities** - Develop and support **Workday Integrations** using **Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Integration Cloud** - Design and maintain inbound and outbound integrations between Workday and third-party systems - Work with **SOAP/REST APIs, XML, XSLT, and Web Services** - Develop custom reports, calculated fields, and data extracts - Troubleshoot integration issues and optimize performance - Support implementation, enhancement, testing, and production support activities - Collaborate with functional teams to understand and deliver business requirements **Requirements** - 4–9 years of experience in **Workday HCM Technical** - Strong hands-on experience with **Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Integration Services** - Experience in **Workday Reporting, Calculated Fields, and Security** - Knowledge of **XML, XSLT, REST/SOAP Web Services, and APIs** - Experience integrating Workday with Payroll, Benefits, and third-party applications - Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills **Preferred Skills** - Workday Integration Certification - Experience with **PICOF, PECI, CCB, and Cloud Connect Integrations** - Exposure to Workday HCM modules such as Employee Central, Compensation, and Benefits - Experience in Workday implementation and support projects - Knowledge of Agile methodologies
