**Roles and Responsibilities** - Design, develop, test, and deploy Workday HCM solutions using CCBCCTPP/PICOF/PECI integration. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and design technical solutions. - Develop complex queries to extract data from Workday tables and perform analysis. - Troubleshoot issues related to Workday integrations and resolve them efficiently. - Provide expertise on various modules of Workday such as Core HR, Absence Management, Time & Labor, Benefits, Compensation & Recruiting. **Desired Candidate Profile** - 5-10 years of experience in Workday HCM Technical role with hands-on experience in at least one module (Core HR, Absence Management). - Bachelor's degree in Any Specialization (B.Tech / B.E.). - Strong understanding of SQL concepts including joins, aggregations, subqueries etc. - Experience working with Agile methodology projects.
