You will act as the technical subject matter expert, guiding development teams, interacting with client HR stakeholders, and ensuring seamless integration, security, and data accuracy across enterprise systems. **Key Responsibilities1. Module Configuration & Architecture** - Lead the configuration and testing of core modules, including Workday Core HCM, Absence, Talent, Compensation, and Recruitment. - Engineer complex condition rules, eligibility rules, and advanced Workday Business Processes (BP). **2. Integrations & Reporting** - Design and develop custom solutions using Workday Report Writer, calculated fields, dashboards, and BIRT reporting. - Collaborate with integration teams to assess the impact of configuration changes on Workday Studio, EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder), and payroll connectors. **3. System Security & Governance** - Architect and maintain robust [Workday Security Models], including assigning domain and business process security policies. - Ensure strict data accuracy, integrity, and compliance across global jurisdictions. **4.
