**Job Role & Experience** - **Role:** Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) Consultant / Technical Consultant - **Experience Required:** 7 to 12+ years of relevant IT/HR domain experience with strong Workday implementation and support backgrounds. - **Work Model:** Often requires in-person or hybrid work models depending on the center - Hyderabad, - **Core Technical & Functional Responsibilities** - **Module Configuration:** Hands-on expertise in configuring core and specialized Workday modules (Core HR, Recruiting, Talent Management, Absence, Performance, and Learning). - **Integrations & Security:** Proficiency in Workday technologies including Report Writer, Business Process Framework, Configurable Security, and BIRT Reporting. Experience with Workday integrations (EIB, Core Connectors, Studio) is highly valued. - **Lifecycle Management:** Partnering with HR stakeholders to translate talent/HR strategies into scalable, compliant system enhancements. - **Testing & Releases:** Managing Workday releases, regression testing, impact analysis, and user documentation. **Desired Skills & Certifications** - **Mandatory Skills:** Strong working knowledge of Workday business processes, security, and data accuracy compliance. - **Good-to-Have:** Workday Core HCM Certification, Workday Integrations Certification, or Workday Financials Certification. - **Soft Skills:** Excellent stakeholder management, analytical troubleshooting, and cross-cultural communication skills. - **Experience Range-7 -12 + Years** - **Location-Hyderabad**
