Workday Integration Consultant

Job description

- Active Workday certification in integration space - Workday Studio hand on experience - Exposure to BIRT reports - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work independently and within a team. - Strong documentation and knowledge-sharing capabilities. - Design, develop, test, and support integrations in Workday HCM and Finance domain - Handle complex support issues and work on new enhancements/developments - Responsible for maintenance and improvement and implementation of integrations for multiple countries/vendors/processes through Incident / Change Request Management - Prepare technical specifications from functional specifications and business requirements - Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders during implementation and support activities. - Support unit testing, integration testing, and production deployments. - Follow Workday development standards and best practices. - Strong experience in data transformation and integration development. - Good experience in Workday integration development, testing, validation, and deployment. - Hands on experience in technical solution design, release management, and integration delivery activities - Strong hands-on experience with: o Workday Studio o Cloud Connectors o Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) o Document Transformation (DT) o Advanced Reporting o Calculated Fields o Integration Security - Hands-on experience with Workday APIs: o REST APIs o SOAP APIs - Proficiency in: o XML o XSLT o JSON
