Notice Period - Immediate Joiner to 30 Days Location - Pan India Experience - 3 to 10 Years JD:- **We are seeking a skilled and motivated Workday Technical** Certified professionals **with 3–10 years of experience in** with strong hands‑on experience across **Integrations, Reporting, Security, Payroll Technical, and Data Management** . You will design, develop, and support Workday technical solutions for implementations, enhancements, and production support in global Workday environments. - Design, develop, and support Workday integrations using: - Workday Studio - Core Connectors (HCM, Finance, Payroll, Benefits, Absence, Recruiting) - Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) - Work with REST and SOAP APIs, XML, XSLT, and JSON - Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve integration and interface failures - Support Workday releases, enhancements, and ongoing production issues - Collaborate with functional consultants and stakeholders to deliver end‑to‑end solutions **Your Profile** - Integration certification along with certification in Studio or PECI or Extend is mandatory - Overall 5+ years of IT experience in the integration space, with 3+ years of hands‑on Workday experience across implementations, rollouts, and AMS projects - Experience delivering end‑to‑end Workday technical architecture solutions - Strong expertise in end‑to‑end Workday integration implementation with a clear understanding of the overall integration landscape - Experience working with Customer Central and interacting with client stakeholders - Ability to conduct technical workshops for requirement gathering and solution design - Client‑facing experience with a strong understanding of Workday technical architecture - Hands‑on experience with middleware and integration technologies - Proven experience defining and building interfaces using: - Core Connectors - EIB - PICOF / PECI - Studio integrations (Inbound & Outbound) - Payroll Interfaces - Extend - Experience with advanced, matrix, and composite reports and calculated fields - Experience with Studio integrations and Boomerang is highly preferred - Good understanding of Workday tenant management and deployment processes **What You'll Love About Working With Us** - We value flexibility and support a healthy work-life balance through remote and hybrid work options. - Competitive compensation and benefits. - Career development programs and certifications in cloud technologies. - A diverse and inclusive workplace that fosters innovation and collaboration. **Preferred Qualifications** - Workday certifications will be an added advantage. **Educational Qualification** - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, BTech, MTech **Key Competencies** - Stakeholder Management - Solution Design - Documentation - Testing & Validation - Client Communication - Problem Solving - Team Collaboration
