Workday Integration Developer

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled **Workday Integration Developer** with hands-on experience in **Workday Studio, EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder), Core Connectors, and Workday Web Services**. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and supporting Workday integrations between Workday HCM and external systems such as Payroll, Benefits, Finance, and third-party applications. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, test, and deploy inbound and outbound integrations using **Workday Studio** and **EIB**. - Build and maintain integrations using **Core Connectors**, **Document Transformation**, and **Cloud Connect** solutions. - Develop integrations utilizing **Workday Web Services (WWS), SOAP, REST APIs, XML, XSLT, and JSON**. - Perform data migration and mass data loads using **EIB and Workday integration tools**. - Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring data integrity and system reliability. - Work closely with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT teams to gather business requirements and deliver integration solutions. - Support Workday implementation projects, enhancements, and production support activities. - Create and maintain technical design documents, integration specifications, and deployment documentation. - Monitor integration performance and recommend process improvements. Required Skills: - Strong experience with **Workday Studio**. - Hands-on experience in **Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB)**. - Expertise in **Workday Integrations**, including: - Core Connector Worker - Core Connector Benefits - PECI - Workday Web Services (WWS) - RaaS (Report as a Service) - Experience with **XML, XSLT, XPath, SOAP, REST APIs, JSON**. - Knowledge of Workday HCM business processes and security concepts. - Experience with data transformation and file integrations (CSV, XML, JSON). - Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills. Preferred Skills: - Experience with **Cloud Connect** integrations. - Knowledge of **Workday Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, and Talent modules**. - Familiarity with middleware tools such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or Informatica. - Workday Integration Certification is a plus. Education: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
