**Associate - Workday Practice – E** **What can you expect** ?We are looking to hire **Associate - Workday Practice – E** in Digital Solutions, Career; India COE and expect the candidate to - :Plan and prioritize work for self, assist lead by providing inputs on in all the phases of delivery lifecycle, collate and report status/impediments with the greater project team - .Lead / Manage – Small implementation projects / Launch implementations, manage workload for the team, assist team in all the phases of delivery lifecycle, collate and report status/impediments with the greater project team - .Develop complex configuration for clients and Leads, manage data transformation and perform EIB Data loads - .Provide go-live assistance and ongoing support - **.Lead and Involve in Data conversion Activities pertaining to Absence/ Time Tracking/ Benefits/ HCM/ Compensation/ Talent and Performance / US/UK Payrol** - lCoordinate with the Leads for project deliver - yCoordinate with the EM / PM and Client for project deliver - yMulti-task and engage on multiple projects at a time for lead activities - .End to end ownership of assigned project - sProvide leadership and key stakeholders with the information and venues to make effective, timely decisions **.
