**Roles and Responsibilities** - Manage payroll processing activities, including data entry, calculations, and reporting. - Configure and maintain payroll settings, policies, and procedures in Workday. - Ensure accurate and timely completion of period-end payroll activities such as year-end closeout. - Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve payroll-related issues and provide support during implementation cycles. - Participate in project planning, execution, and delivery phases of HCM projects. **Desired Candidate Profile** - 6-10 years of experience in Workday Payroll Functional role with expertise in Implementation Cycle management. - Bachelor's degree (B.Tech / B.E.) from a recognized university; relevant certifications like CCP or equivalent are an added advantage. - Strong understanding of Payroll configuration, setup, maintenance, troubleshooting & reporting within Workday platform.
