Workday - SDET Automation Engineer

Job description

**Role & responsibilities** - Design and develop **Automation Frameworks** for Workday applications. - Build reusable automation scripts for regression suites. - API testing using **Postman / REST Assured** - Familiarity with **XML, JSON, SOAP, REST** - Automate test cases using tools such as: - Selenium / Cypress / Playwright (C# / Java / Python / JavaScript) - Workday-specific tools (e.g., **Kainos Smart Test, AccelQ, OpKey** - Strong understanding of **Workday HCM modules (Core HCM, Compensation, Absence Management, Recruiting, Talent Management)** - Knowledge of Workday HCM business processes, Security and reporting. - Experience with test management tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps. - Experience in Workday implementations or support projects. - Strong understanding of SDLC & STLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies. **Preferred Skills:** - Workday certifications (HCM, Integration, Financials) - Experience with Security testing in Workday.
