**Role- Workday Senior Program Manager** **Experience- 5 to 10 years** **Location- Deccan Park, Plot No.1, Hitech City Main Rd, Software Units Layout, HUDA Techno Enclave, Madhapur, Hyderabad, Telangana 500081** **Mode of interview- Walkin 8th August 2026** **Responsibilities** - 10-15 years of overall IT/HR Technology experience. - 5+ years of experience managing large-scale Workday programs. - Strong knowledge of Workday modules including: - Core HCM - Recruiting - Talent & Performance - Compensation - Benefits - Learning - Payroll - Time Tracking - Absence Management - Experience managing global Workday deployments and transformations. - Strong understanding of Workday implementation lifecycle and release management. - Expertise in project/program management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid). - Experience managing multiple vendors and consulting partners. - Strong budget, resource, and financial management skills.
