Job description

**Key Responsibilities** **Functional Responsibilities** - Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Talent, Performance, and Benefits processes. - Lead workshops, solution design sessions, and stakeholder discussions. - Configure and support Workday Talent and Performance Management processes. - Configure Benefits plans, eligibility rules, enrollments, life events, and open enrollment processes. - Support talent review, succession planning, career development, and performance cycles. - Prepare Functional Design Documents (FDDs) and configuration workbooks. - Support UAT, regression testing, and production deployment activities. - Provide post-go-live support and business process optimization recommendations. **Technical Responsibilities** - Configure Workday Talent, Performance, and Benefits modules. - Configure business processes, security roles, notifications, and approvals. - Create and maintain calculated fields, custom reports, and dashboards. - Develop EIBs for data loading and extraction activities. - Support integrations with third-party benefits providers and payroll systems. - Troubleshoot configuration, security, reporting, and integration issues. - Participate in Workday releases and impact assessments. - Support data conversion and migration activities.
