For additional information, visit us at www.wipro.com. **Job Description:** Job Description **WorkdayTechnical:** EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio , XSLT 3.0 **Workday Functional:** Understanding of foundational HCM principles including Architecture, Business Processes, Reporting, Calculated Fields, Security, & Notifications **(MUST)Exposure to Configurations :** Configure Workday modules (Time tracking, Payroll) to align with client workflows. Advanced hand-on process with Onboarding, Change Job, and Termination business processes Strong Understanding of building, maintaining and interpreting Security Group Permissions. Time & Absence Requirements Understanding of foundational HCM principles including Business Processes, Reporting, Calculated Fields, Security, & Notifications Advanced hand-on experience with time-off plan configuration including complex accruals, carryovers, shadow plans and touchpoints with leaves and time tracking. Advanced hands-on experience with leave configuration including balance periods, cascading leaves, intermittent leaves, and complex eligibility and validation rules. Payroll Requirements Understanding of foundational HCM principles including Business Processes, Reporting, Calculated Fields, Security, & Notifications Workday Payroll processing knowledge including calculation, complete, and settle steps Experience with building payroll components (Earnings, Deductions, Account Posting Rules, Run Categories, Payment Election Rules) ͏ Stakeholder Collaboration-Collaborate with cross functional teams to understand requirements, support development activities, check system compatibility, and ensure solutions meet expected standards. **Mandatory Skills:** Workday Technical . **Experience:** 3-5 Years .
