***Greetings from*** ***Tata Consultancy Services (TCS)*** ***What we are looking for: Workday Technical*** ***Location : Pune*** ***Interview Mode : F2F discussion*** ***Exp :5+ Years*** - Design, develop, configure, and customize applications on the ServiceNow platform. - Develop and maintain workflows, Flow Designer solutions, business rules, client scripts, script includes, UI policies, and UI actions. - Implement and support ServiceNow modules based on business requirements. - Build and maintain Service Catalog items, forms, tables, records, and dashboards. - Develop integrations with third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs. - Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues, defects, and performance bottlenecks. - Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, administrators, and support teams. - Participate in platform upgrades, enhancements, and release activities. - Follow ServiceNow development standards, governance, and best practices.
