Hybrid Working Overall purpose of role To deliver HR services and support to Barclays colleagues, candidates, alumni and third-party vendors. This role is required to handle all absence related and work schedule validation and testing in the run up to go-live for acquisition project, and support query handling, and expected increase in transactions, during hypercare and beyond to establish restabilization. Also train the existing team during hypecare period. Key Accountabilities Delivery and execution of Supporting and Leaving activities aligned with people leader and colleague journeys aligned with bank policies and regulations, documentation, coordination, and administration. Understand Barclays Absence and Work schedule process to support the data migration processes. Support on testing absence, work schedule activities during data migration and cut over activities. Manage queries post Go live and train existing team on migrated colleagues data. Maintenance of colleague absence, work schedule and reference data in relevant HR information systems, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with data privacy regulations, reporting and analytics.
