**Job Title: Workload Automation Engineer / Administrator** **Location:** Hyderabad **Experience:** 516 Years **Employment Type:** [Full-time / Contract] **Job Summary:** We are looking for a skilled Workload Automation professional to manage and optimize enterprise job scheduling systems. The candidate will be responsible for designing, scheduling, monitoring, and troubleshooting batch workloads across distributed environments. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design, implement, and manage **workload automation and job scheduling solutions** - Monitor and manage batch job executions across multiple platforms - Troubleshoot job failures and ensure timely resolution - Create and maintain **job schedules, workflows, and dependencies** - Perform system upgrades, patching, and performance tuning - Work with application teams to onboard new workloads - Ensure SLA adherence and optimize scheduling performance - Manage alerts, incident handling, and reporting - Automate repetitive tasks using scripting **Required Skills:** - Strong experience in **Workload Automation tools** such as: - IBM Tivoli Workload Scheduler (TWS) / IBM Workload Scheduler (IWS) - Control-M - Autosys - Knowledge of **job scheduling concepts and batch processing** - Strong experience in **Unix/Linux environments** - Scripting knowledge (Shell, Python, etc.) - Experience in troubleshooting scheduling and dependency issues - Understanding of file transfers, job dependencies, and calendars
