Yardi Consultant / Yardi Technical Specialist

Job description

We are looking for an experienced **Yardi Consultant / Yardi Technical Specialist** to support, maintain, and enhance enterprise-wide Yardi environments across global business operations. The candidate will be responsible for BAU support, Yardi configuration and upgrades, technical development, incident management, and delivering end-to-end solutions within the Yardi ecosystem. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in **Yardi Voyager 7 & 8**, Yardi Financial modules, reporting, SQL development, automation support, and system integrations. **Key Responsibilities** **Business-As-Usual (BAU) Support** - Provide day-to-day support for Yardi applications and related business processes. - Support global business teams across US, Canada, and UK Yardi environments. - Investigate and resolve application issues, incidents, and production support tickets. - Maintain incident reports, support documentation, and knowledge repositories. **Technical & Functional Support** - Provide technical sign-off for Yardi-related changes and enhancements. - Participate in change control, release management, and deployment activities. - Manage Yardi system upgrades, patches, and production deployments. - Collaborate with business stakeholders on enhancement requests and support issues. **Development & Configuration** - Configure and maintain Yardi system modules, workflows, and customizations. - Develop and support: - YSR Reports - SQL Stored Procedures - Database Triggers - ETL Processes - Deliver end-to-end solutions including: - Configuration changes - Technical development - Process improvements - System integrations **Automation & Problem Management** - Coordinate with automation/BOT teams for issue resolution and problem management. - Troubleshoot automation failures and integration-related issues. - Ensure smooth operation of automated business processes. **Governance & Audit** - Ensure compliance with audit, governance, and enterprise standards. - Maintain proper system controls and technical documentation. - Support compliance and risk management activities. **Required Skills & Expertise** **Yardi Expertise** Strong hands-on experience in: - Yardi Voyager 7 & 8 - Yardi Financial Modules including: - Pay Direct - PTC Recoverabilities - Bank Book - IAT - Suspense - Service Charge - Budget - Rent Review - Revised Billing **Technical Skills** - YSR Report Development - Yardi System Configuration - SQL Stored Procedures & Triggers - ETL Process Development - Incident & Change Management - Upgrade & Release Management **Functional Skills** - Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills - Ability to support cross-functional business teams - Experience working in global support environments - Excellent stakeholder communication skills **Preferred Qualifications** - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related field. - Experience supporting global Yardi environments. - Exposure to automation and BOT support processes. - Understanding of audit and compliance standards within enterprise systems. **Experience Required** - 5+ years of hands-on experience in Yardi support, configuration, and development. - Proven experience in enterprise-level Yardi implementation and support projects. **Key Competencies** - Ownership mindset - Strong troubleshooting capability - Process-oriented approach - Ability to manage multiple priorities - Excellent collaboration and communication skills
