The role focuses on developing training materials and documentation for SAP financial modules and processes. **Required Qualifications** - MBA with specialization in Finance - Year of graduation: 2023 / 2024 - Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) - Willingness to learn new technologies **Desired Skills** - Understanding of basic financial concepts and accounting principles - Knowledge of financial reporting and analysis - Basic understanding of banking operations - Interest in instructional design - Strong presentation skills - Ability to explain complex financial concepts in simple terms **Responsibilities** - Create end-user documentation for SAP financial modules - Develop e-learning content focusing on financial processes - Design simulation-based training for financial transactions - Document financial workflows and processes - Collaborate with finance SMEs to gather and validate content - Create user guides for financial operations - Maintain and update training materials as per regulatory changes
