Specifically, someone with hands-on expertise in: - Azure and AWS cost management and optimization - Reserved Instances, Savings Plans, MACC (Azure) and AWS Savings Plans / Compute Optimizer analysis - Cost dashboards, budget alerts, and anomaly detection across both cloud platforms - Tagging governance and chargeback reporting - FinOps tooling and reporting Cost Explorer, Azure Cost Management, and third-party tools
