Kindly share your updated resume to **dilip.satish@yash.com** to explore exciting opportunities with us! **Job description:** **Required** - 7+ years SAP Finance / Controlling functional experience. - Hands-on SAP ECC 6.0 and/or SAP S/4HANA experience. - Experience supporting production incidents, enhancements, testing, and deployments. - Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications. - Understanding of SAP Finance integration with other modules and external systems. - Experience with data validation, conversion, reconciliation, and issue analysis. - Strong problem-solving, stakeholder coordination, and issue resolution skills. - Ability to recommend SAP Finance best practices to support business and technical decision-making. - Ability to understand and balance the needs of stakeholders across multiple functional areas. - Proficient with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Visio, and Microsoft Excel. - Experience using reporting, query, or analytical tools to validate data and support issue analysis. - Self-directed, detail-oriented, and able to research, troubleshoot, and resolve complex functional issues. - Strong written and verbal English communication skills for collaboration with business users, IT teams, and implementation partners. - Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment. **Preferred** - Prior SAP implementation, upgrade, rollout, or S/4HANA transformation experience. - Experience working in a manufacturing, industrial, or complex global organization. - Experience with SAP data migration, testing cycles, cutover support, or hypercare. - Familiarity with ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar support/project tools. - Exposure to IDocs, interfaces, batch jobs, workflow, or output management
