**Hiring – YouTube Faculty | Tamil** We are hiring passionate and experienced **YouTube Faculty** for our Tamil educational content team. Open Positions - **Chemistry Faculty – NEET** - **Social Science (S.St) Faculty – CBSE** Key Requirement – Mandatory **Candidates must have completed their schooling under the CBSE curriculum.** 1. Chemistry Faculty – NEET Responsibilities - Teach **NEET Chemistry** through engaging Tamil YouTube classes. - Cover **NCERT/CBSE Class XI & XII Chemistry** with strong NEET orientation. - Teach Physical, Organic and Inorganic Chemistry. - Explain concepts in a simple, clear and engaging **Tamil + English terminology**. - Solve NEET MCQs, previous-year questions and application-based problems. - Create video lessons, revision sessions, problem-solving content and study materials. - Stay updated with the NEET syllabus and examination pattern. - Deliver confident and engaging on-camera presentations. Requirements - Degree/Postgraduate qualification in **Chemistry** preferred. - Strong command of **NCERT/CBSE Chemistry**. - **CBSE schooling is mandatory.** - Strong Tamil communication and teaching skills. - Good knowledge of the NEET syllabus and question pattern. - Excellent conceptual clarity and problem-solving ability. - Prior NEET/CBSE teaching experience preferred. - Previous YouTube/online teaching experience is an added advantage. 2. Social Science Faculty – CBSE Responsibilities - Teach **CBSE Social Science** through engaging Tamil YouTube classes. - Cover **History, Geography, Political Science/Civics and Economics** as applicable to the assigned classes. - Follow the **CBSE/NCERT curriculum** closely. - Explain concepts clearly in Tamil while retaining important English/NCERT terminology. - Prepare chapter-wise lessons, revision sessions, MCQs, competency-based questions and exam-oriented content. - Help students understand concepts rather than relying solely on memorisation. - Create engaging and visually effective YouTube lessons. - Deliver confident, energetic and student-friendly on-camera sessions. Requirements - Degree/Postgraduate qualification in **Social Science / History / Geography / Political Science / Economics** or relevant subject. - Strong command of the **CBSE/NCERT Social Science curriculum**. - **CBSE schooling is mandatory.** - Excellent Tamil communication and presentation skills. - Strong understanding of CBSE examination patterns and competency-based questions. - Prior CBSE teaching experience preferred. - Previous YouTube/online teaching experience is an added advantage. Common Requirements – Both Positions - **Mandatory: Candidate must have studied in a CBSE school.** - Excellent Tamil speaking and communication skills. - Comfortable teaching **in front of a camera**. - Strong presentation and student-engagement skills. - Ability to simplify difficult concepts for school/competitive-exam students. - Passion for teaching and creating digital educational content. - Candidates with an existing YouTube teaching portfolio will be preferred.
