Job description

**Roles and Responsibilities:** **Campus Hiring Strategy & Execution** - Develop and drive the annual campus hiring strategy aligned with Strategic Workforce Planning and business growth requirements. - Identify and onboard new institutes to diversify and strengthen talent pipelines. - Plan and execute campus recruitment drives, including pre-placement talks, assessments, interviews, selection and offer management. - Ensure achievement of campus hiring targets with respect to volume, quality, diversity and hiring timelines. - Monitor market trends, campus hiring benchmarks and competitor practices to enhance recruitment effectiveness. **Young Talent Program Management** - Manage end-to-end lifecycle of Management Trainees. - Coordinate onboarding, induction, deployment and stakeholder engagement for campus hires. - Track trainee performance, retention and progression to assess program effectiveness. - Recommend continuous improvements in trainee development frameworks. **Employer Branding** - Develop and execute employer branding strategies to position the organization as an employer of choice. - Create and manage branding campaigns, employee stories, leadership connect initiatives and campus engagement programs. - Measure brand visibility, campus perception and candidate experience through surveys and analytics. **Campus Engagement & Partnerships** - Establish long-term partnerships with academic institutions, professors, placement cells and student bodies. - Design engagement initiatives such as industrial visits, guest lectures, competitions, scholarships, case study contests and internships. - Create strategic partnerships that enhance the organization's visibility among prospective talent. **Experience** - 2 to 6 years (in campus hiring) **Education** - MBA (HR) / Equivalent **Location** - Mumbai
