**Job Title:** YouTube Manager **Location:** Navi Mumbai Board Infinity is looking for a YouTube Manager to own the YouTube channel end-to-end, from content planning to publishing and growth. The person will work closely with SMEs, coaches, and internal teams to get quality educational content created, optimized, and distributed effectively on YouTube. **Key Responsibilities -** ● Manage the YouTube channel end-to-end preferably in edtech. , including content planning, scheduling, publishing, and performance tracking. ● Coordinate with SMEs, coaches, and internal teams to create relevant and engaging video content. ● Work with the design team to create high-converting thumbnails and ensure brand consistency. ● Optimize videos for YouTube SEO through titles, descriptions, tags, playlists, and metadata. ● Track channel performance using YouTube Analytics and improve CTR, watch time, retention, and subscriber growth. ● Stay updated on content trends, competitor activity, and YouTube algorithm changes to improve channel growth. ● Use AI tools for video creation, scripting, editing, automation, and faster content execution. **Requirements -** ● 1-1.5 years of experience in YouTube/content management, preferably in edtech. ● Strong understanding of YouTube SEO, channel growth, thumbnails, and analytics. ● Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive execution independently. ● Good hands-on experience with AI tools used for video creation and content workflows.
